Draught through upvc windows

Last nights strong winds exposed a ill fitting double glazed upvc window. One corner of the opening window does not seal against the rubber hence the draught. The last thing you want is to spend money on fuel and have it escape through draughty windows. I have no experience in adjusting them, so I need to find.
