Best paint for outside window sills

For me the best paint for your sills is sandtex paint. To prep your sills , the wire brush would do the job but if the black gloss is two thick you may be better with a grinder with a wire brush on it. Before you paint them, I would unibond them first then paint them. I know that this is the wrong time of the year to paint outside but we are looking to put our house up for sale by March.
